By using the website gantad.com and any applications published under the Gantad brand, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not access our website or download our apps.
2. Licenses & App Usage
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and install our applications for personal, non-commercial, or internal business productivity use on compatible mobile devices. You agree not to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the applications.
3. Local-First Data Storage & Backups
Many Gantad applications are designed with an offline-first architecture. All app-generated data, logs, preferences, and transaction details are stored locally on your device's internal storage. We do not host, sync, or transmit this data to external servers unless cloud sync is explicitly enabled in the app. You are solely responsible for managing your data and utilizing in-app backup options (where available) to prevent data loss due to device damage, uninstallation, or caching clears.
4. Monetization & Purchases
Our applications may offer various monetization models, including free ad-supported tiers, one-time purchases, or recurring subscription plans. Financial transactions are securely processed by third-party billing platform services (such as Google Play Billing or Apple App Store Billing). Recurring subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Subscription fees and in-app purchases are non-refundable except as required by platform terms or local consumer laws.
5. User Accounts & Security
Certain applications or features may require or offer the creation of a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
6. Service Access
We strive to ensure continuous access to our website and services, but we reserve the right to temporarily suspend, modify, or terminate services without notice for maintenance, updates, or other administrative reasons.
7. Intellectual Property
All code, design assets, brand names, logos, and copywriting belong to Gantad. You may not copy, reuse, or redistribute any brand elements or assets without our express written consent.

Gantad applications and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our applications will run completely error-free, uninterrupted, or that data will never be lost. In no event shall Gantad be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of productivity, or device malfunctions) arising from the use or inability to use our applications or website.
9. Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When modifications are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or applications indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Supplementary App-Specific Terms
Individual Gantad applications may display or link to supplementary terms of service (such as specific data structures, third-party ad networks disclosures like Google AdMob, or customized subscription tiers). These app-specific terms are incorporated into and extend these Base Terms. In the event of a direct conflict between these general terms and the app-specific terms, the app-specific terms shall prevail.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Gantad's operating jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles.
